3. Client Responsibilities
To ensure smooth project execution, clients must:

- Respond promptly to communication and approvals.
- Ensure all provided content complies with copyright laws.
4. Payment Terms

10. Website Maintenance
- Unless a maintenance agreement is signed, ongoing website maintenance is the client’s responsibility.
- Media Prime offers optional maintenance services at an additional cost.
11. Confidentiality
Both parties agree to keep all project-related information confidential unless written consent is provided.
12. Third-Party Services
- Media Prime may recommend or integrate third-party services (e.g., hosting, plugins, payment gateways).
- Media Prime is not responsible for any issues arising from third-party services.
13. Governing Law
